Alexa is a photographer in Southern California. She first picked up a camera when she was in high school and let’s say the rest is history. 

She quickly dove into this side of creativity she didn’t even know existed inside of her. When Alexa wasn’t in class or at practice, she was with her friends taking countless pictures. 

After finishing up her swimming career, Alexa didn’t know where life would take her. Shortly after graduating she hopped on a plane to Mexico… the ocean was calling. She met a group of incredible people, who were creating a life around photography, surf, and yoga and she wanted in. It wasn’t shortly after that Alexa realized that this lifestyle could become a way of life for herself - traveling often, sun-kissed skin, creative work, like-minded people, and so much more. 

When Alexa returned home from Mexico, she started interning at Warm Studio in Costa Mesa, California. She was a sponge for all the information coming her way. She has gotten to travel along side powerhouses, see what real hard work looks like, what passion and creativity manifest into when your intentions are good and your heart is open. Her love for shooting in the ocean and surrounding her work around the water will always be a passion of hers. Not only has she been able to work along side some incredible humans, she herself has shot some pretty cool stuff including brands like Roxy, Voited, Made By Minga, and lots more. She is constantly dreaming up new ideas and wanting to collaborate with others who share the love and passion she has for the ocean. 

She wouldn’t be who she is today if it wasn’t for the relationships she has made, people she has crossed paths with, and experiences she has gained along the way and for that she is eternally grateful. She believes that this is only the beginning of something truly magical and she is so excited for you all to see what that entails.
